Permission to skate
OWHA has now released the permission to skate for the 2025/2026 Tryout season. These forms are required if your player wishes to attend tryouts at a Centre other than the one in which they were registered for last season.
All permission to skate forms must be validated and signed by the Association Registrar. The forms require that you identify the Centre where your child will be trying out and the date range of those tryouts. If you are attending tryouts at more than once Centre you will need a form for EACH Centre.
The association registrar will be regularly monitoring emails but cannot guarantee that a submission within hours of a tryout will be able to be processed in time so please ensure that due diligence is given to submitting your form as soon as possible.
Please send the information to REGISTRAR. Make sure to include the player name, association and team your child is trying out for.
